Service employees have their say
As a Service Employee at Accell, you will have all the knowledge of DT Swiss. Because the brand requires fairly specific knowledge, the service employees are regularly sent on training courses so that they always have up-to-date knowledge.
But it also works the other way around. As soon as a dealer discovers that a DT Swiss component is not working properly, our service staff links this back to the supplier. They have regular contact with the supplier, and know exactly who to ask.
The position of service representative is of great value. In this way the warranty is guaranteed and dealers do not have to attend all the different courses but can contact our service and warranty department in a low-threshold manner.
