What does our logistics department do?

Bike stores choose Juncker Bike Parts because of our inventory function, convenience services, reliable delivery, wide assortment and one-stop shopping. Customers can conveniently order parts and accessories online 24/7 through Accentry. Orders that reach us before 9:30 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day (depending on annual arrangements). So we also deliver on Saturdays! With over 17,000 items, we have a very complete range of bicycle parts and accessories.

Not in stock?

Thanks to dropshipment, it is possible to avoid no-selling. Namely, do you have something not in stock or not included in the range? Then Juncker Bike Parts offers the possibility to sell the part or accessory anyway with dropshipment through the online ordering system Accentry, provided of course that the product is available in our large warehouse.

 

Another benefit

Consumers do not have to wait long for their product. Order the part or accessory in Accentry before the known order time? Then the consumer will have the product at home the very next day! (The delivery cost is €6.95 and it is up to the dealer to pass this on to the consumer or take it for their own account).
