Since service and knowledge play a major role within the two-wheeler industry nowadays, Juncker Bike Parts introduces Juniversity. By participating in the Juniversity training courses, you ensure that the staff on the store floor and in the workshop have the right knowledge so that the customer leaves your store with a good feeling.

Why Juniversity?

• Always up to date with new technical product knowledge
• High quality training

Whereas normally a training session would take a full day, the duration of a digital training session is limited to only a maximum of 90 minutes. A long session at the PC is quite intensive; an hour and a half is the maximum time to maintain the viewer's concentration and attention.

Looking back

Another advantage: all digital trainings are recorded and can be watched back through Accentry. Go to 'Service & Technology' and find all presentations of the trainings under the heading 'Trainings'.

Technical aspect

So is digital training the future? No, especially technical training is difficult to convey via the computer screen. For that you need to have the parts in your hands and be able to practice. But digital training is perfect for presentations of innovations and developments at Juncker Bike Parts brands.

New training season

Bike season is now in full swing. It is logical that the focus for the dealer is now on his store and sales. In September we will start again with a new offering of Juniversity training sessions. If possible, we will do so physically in The Cyclist, but the digital training sessions will undoubtedly be a keeper.
