About Enviolo

The first bicycle hub was produced in December 2006. After some struggles because the system was especially heavy, the first commercial version appeared on the market in 2007. Then under the name NuVinci, so since 2017 as Enviolo. CVP technology led to a major change in the world of cycling. Through a system of rings and ball bearings, the number of shifting options is infinite and stepless shifting can be achieved. It's like turning the volume knob on the radio, you can keep pedaling while shifting on the handlebars making it easy to stay up to speed.
